This Travel Log will only be updated when we are exploring Australia, The Land Down Under.
G'day!
Check out all the new photos in the Recent Photos in the Gallery! We recently headed over to Victor Harbour and Kangaroo Island in South Australia - both are amazing places for wildlife!
Victor Harbour gave many opportunities to watch up close - really up close - the massive Southern Right Whales. We were lucky enough to get to see them playing, tail slapping, mating, new calves and much more.
Kangaroo Island just off the coast of South Australia. What a place that is. I've heard it's a great place for wildlife, but I had no idea it would be this good. For anyone even thinking of going to Kangaroo Island - GO! Just do it - it's like staying inside a giant sized animal park with no fences.
I have updated many photos, but I have many more to go. Check out the new Red Back Spider letter box I found recently on my way to Sydney - I'm glad it's not my letterbox.
In the gallery of 'Big Things', recent additions will be: Ned Kelly at Glenrowan in Victoria, The Big Merino at Goulburn in NSW and the Big Lobster at Robe in SA.
The photos below are just some of the methods of transportation we have used to see and photograph 'The Land Down Under'.
